I put my 100th mile on these Asics. Meaning I’m at 20% of 500 miles, because I have terrible form my app says wear makes it closer to 22%

Had to do this weekend’s #longrun this morning, and of course there was a storm.
Being positive, good chance to test my cold weather kit. Gloves were a complete fail. Very cold the whole way, windy with snow & sleet. Cut a bit short as hands were 🧊

Long marathon training run this morning on treadmill, in Zwift at the ZLDR Weekend Primer 21km event. I went 30km with;
6km warm up
3x 5km at MP, 1km jog
6km cool down
Threw in a couple strides at the end
Listened to a variety of SNFU
