Here's a wintry alteration for #SewAndTell. I turned this long knitted woollen cardigan from an XL into an S size, re-created the side slits & shortened the sleeves.
There's always that moment of hesitation before using scissors 😅

For #SewAndTell this week, the only bold thing l've ever made: a printed playsuit (mods: mule ear pockets, more buttons, no bust dart) that I thought would be good for bicycling. Nope! Even worse, two years later it doesn't fit any more! Oh, well. Still happy with the buttons. #garmentsewing

For #SewAndTell this week the theme is BOLD - here’s my favourite Alexander Henry fabric, Frida’s Garden, as a much-worn skirt. I also made a sleeveless pussy bow blouse with the rest of it, and teeny bits went into a quilt #sewing
