(1/2) I feel much less inclined to #journal today. Woke up at least 748 times last night, and started the day in a lot of pain.
As an #empath, I really need to get on top of my energy work & remember to integrate it into my morning routine. As in,
Empaths don’t need to absorb everything to prove they care. Compassion without collapse is power.
