Cute dog in a backpack carrier going on a bike ride through SE Portland.

Cute dog in a gray sweater sitting on a log in the woods of Mt. Tabor.

We went on a "hike-ride"... or a "bike 'n' hike"... whatever you wanna call it. We took a meandering e-bike ride via #Biketown to a splendid little hike along #MtTabor, culminating in an exit through the dog park and a neighborhood stroll home. Very #Portland.

How do you get a runner to hushup about #running? Give them a bike, apparently. I was so focused on cycling this week that I missed out thanking Wednesday and Friday for wonderful runs, focused on #MtTabor. Wednesday was also my 1st #halfmarathon since getting hurt in july

Horticulture is physically demanding. With serious chronic health issues, and physical limitations, the only way to make it possible for me to work is to stay active AFTER work. Movement matters. Nice walk up to Mt Tabor Park this evening.
