Time edits moments around me. What remains; not pride but placement— to stay where truth contains me. Like “A Rock of Gibraltar” I shall not be moved”— from stubbornness, nor calibration a body set in erosion learns limits where endurance speaks language. They test me with soliloquy dressed as urgency— call: compromise, call: survival. I answer with silence that collapses posture and refuses translation. I am not waiting for permission or rescue. I am occupying my own gravity. History leans, then recalculates— finding me exactly where I said I would be.
